Free Initial Consultation: I offer a brief 15-minute telephone or video screening call to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and ensure we are a good fit before booking your first full session.

Online Sessions: Conducted via a secure, confidential video link (Full availability).

In-Person Sessions: Held in a quiet, professional clinical space in Carnach Green, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 5PX; limited capacity and Sackville Gardens, IG1 3LJ

Flexible Hours: Morning, late evening, and select weekend appointments are available.
Payment & Booking Policies

Self-Pay Clients: Payment is due at least 24 hours prior to each session via bank transfer or online invoice link.

Regular Slots: Once established, a recurring weekly or fortnightly time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

Using Insurance: Please check with your provider prior to your first appointment to confirm your level of cover, pre-authorization code, and policy excess.

Self-Pay / Invoicing: Itemized clinical invoices and receipts can be provided upon request for self-funded clients seeking reimbursement.

To maintain a fair schedule for all clients, I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy:

Notice Provided (Over 24 hours): Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled or cancelled without incurring a fee.

Late Cancellation / Missed Sessions (Under 24 hours): Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are charged at the full session rate as the time slot cannot be reallocated.
